Kimberly lives in Florida surrounded by tropical sunshine and crystal blue water. She was born in Key West and makes regular pilgrimages back to refresh her soul.
Her first story was written at young age about a band of kids who solved crimes from out of their treehouse. Since then, writing has been in her blood. In the teenage years, she discovered a love for historicals which were often "borrowed" from her mothers bedside table. Kimberly, like you dear reader, loves being transported to another time and place, being a strong survivor that overcomes social class, wealth, or gender. To have a man look at you and love you not for how you look or how the world sees you, but as you really are.
She has long admired the work of Jane Austin, Beatrice Small, Kat Martin, Julia Quinn, & Judy Garwood because through their words we can sail the seven seas being a swashbuckling pirates, liberate a harem, or take the London season by storm.
All of this led Kimberly to pursue an English degree with a minor in history soon finding that she wanted to write her own books. It has taken many years to hone her craft and only recently due to the pandemic has she found the courage to share her stories with you. Please enjoy reading her books as much she has enjoyed writing them.
This last year has been rough for so many. I like many of you, dear readers, found myself carrying a box of my belongings to my car. We have all felt despair, uncertainty, and hopelessness. You are not alone. None of us are alone. We all love and support each others struggled no matter our differences or what you may see on TV. No matter how dark the night, the sun will always rise.
We must each gather our strength, rise from the ashes to discover what makes us who we are. Our world will never be the same again. Yet, knowing what we do now, would we want it to be?
